Our Demos

We have put together some demonstration clips taken from actual events we have filmed to give you an example of our filming standards

Looking for something specific? We have tagged each of our demos with the style of dance so you can find specific examples of dance style.

Kiss from a Rose (Apr 2016)
Company: Mandy Mason School Of Dance
Location: Braintree Arts Theatre
A lovely stage set with a large video wall behind the performers. Lots of LED lights used in this show.

Brave (May 2016)
Company: United School of Dance
Location: The Walter Roy Theatre
Great lighting on this piece, with a mix of theatre sound and cd backing tracks giving a full and live sound.

Psycho (May 2016)
Company: Aviv School of Dance
Location: The Radlett Centre, Watford
A complex stage lighting for this performance, mostly lit by side and rear lights made it an interesting edit. A large amount of colour correction was needed to ensure the orange colours popped well and also to ensure that faces remained visible.

Top Hat & Tails Tap Dancing (Nov 2014)
Company: Melana Dance
Location: Portsmouth Guildhall
This tap dance performance was taken from the Melana Dance production 'One Night Only' filmed at the Portsmouth Guildhall. This demonstrates well the stage microphones we use to capture tap dancing sound. This is then mixed with the theatre microphones and a copy of the CD tracks to give a full, rich and live sound.

Levitate Modern Dance Performance (May 2014)
Company: Aviv School of Dance
Location: The Radlett Centre, Watford
Allowing us to film from dead center of the theatre makes sure we can get the best possible angle and hence the best possible footage.

Verve Street Dance Performance (May 2014)
Company: Aviv School of Dance
Location: The Radlett Centre, Watford
A great Street dance example with some varying stage lighting levels that needed careful attention by both the camera team and the editing team to make this clear final production. Perfect filming position for our team, exact centre and at stage level.
